Minimum 1+ years speech therapy experience required.

A Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) is needed for an exciting contract position at an elementary school in Minneapolis, MN. This role is ideal for a dedicated professional seeking to support young learners' communication development during the upcoming school year.

Responsibilities:

Conduct speech and language assessments to identify student needs.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans targeting speech, language, and communication disorders.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational staff to support student progress.
Document therapy sessions and maintain accurate records in compliance with school policies.
Provide consultative services to classroom staff to support communication goals.
Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to review student progress.

Qualifications:

Current SLP certificate with Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA.
Experience working with elementary-aged children in a school or similar setting.
Strong knowledge of speech and language disorders, assessment tools, and intervention strategies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment.
Valid licensure to practice speech-language pathology in Minnesota.
