We are seeking skilled and motivated individuals for full-time employment as Linemen in our Underground/Aerial Construction Division. The candidate should be self-motivated with strong attention to detail. Responsibilities: Utilize ladders, crawl spaces, manholes, and trenches to access various installations and construction points. Safely operate a bucket truck, climb poles, and use standard tools of the trade. This position may require out-of-town travel during the week. Work across all divisions (underground/aerial) as needed. Rod and rope through existing conduit. Run and pull fiber optic cables. Read and interpret engineered prints and project documentation. Drive a company vehicle while towing a trailer. Operate equipment such as plows, mini excavators, missiles, aerial lifts, lasher, and hand tools. Maintain a safe work environment by following standards, procedures, and legal regulations. Provide daily reports and plan for the next day's work. Climb poles and ladders up to 50 feet. Maintain a professional attitude with colleagues and customers. Follow customer-specific procedures for documentation and notifications. Perform additional duties as requested by the project manager. Make sound decisions related to job duties. Work scheduled shifts, including optional weekend overtime, under various weather conditions. Perform tasks involving sitting, standing, working in confined spaces, and manual labor like digging and conduit placement. Throw ropes over cables and branches for pulling lasher down lines. Maintain tools, equipment, and vehicles, including daily inspections. Ensure reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
