About the Role
The Company is in search of a Senior Vice President of Data & Analytics to spearhead the development of a data-driven strategy that enhances experiences for internal stakeholders. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a high-performance data science team, designing and implementing a comprehensive data and analytics strategy, and ensuring that it aligns with business objectives. This role requires a leader who can promote the adoption of AI, machine learning, and predictive analytics to optimize business operations, as well as establish best practices for data management and governance. The SVP will also be tasked with overseeing the modernization and scalability of data infrastructure, enabling real-time business intelligence capabilities, and fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration within the analytics team. Applicants for the Senior Vice President of Data & Analytics position at the company should have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, with advanced degrees being a plus. A minimum of 15 years' experience in data and analytics leadership, particularly in large or rapidly growing organizations, is required. Technical skills in big data, AI, machine learning, and cloud platforms are preferred, along with a strong understanding of data governance and modern data architecture. The ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset, be a collaborative team builder, and possess excellent communication and presentation skills. While experience in the media and entertainment industry is a plus, it is not mandatory, and a passion for the industry is appreciated. The role demands a continuous learner who is committed to driving digital transformation and maintaining a competitive edge.
