As a Senior Network Administrator, you'll be at the heart of our network operations, responsible for designing, implementing, and managing our organization's network infrastructure. You'll ensure high availability, security, and optimal performance, tackling complex network issues and leading exciting IT projects. Your Day-to-Day Adventures:

Network Design and Management:
Craft and deploy scalable network solutions tailored to our evolving business needs.
Oversee and maintain network hardware, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.
Fine-tune network performance and reliability for seamless operations.
Monitoring and Troubleshooting:
Keep a vigilant eye on network performance, swiftly resolving connectivity issues.
Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software challenges related to the network infrastructure.
Conduct thorough root cause analyses to prevent future hiccups.
Security and Compliance:
Implement and enforce robust network security measures, including firewalls, VPNs, and intrusion detection/prevention systems.
Ensure strict compliance with industry standards and organizational policies.
Participate in regular security audits and vulnerability assessments to keep our network secure.
Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain detailed and accurate records of network configurations, processes, and procedures.
Generate insightful reports on network performance, incidents, and project progress.
Leadership and Collaboration:
Mentor and guide junior IT team members, fostering their growth.
Collaborate seamlessly with IT and business teams to support organizational objectives and projects.
Manage vendor relationships and evaluate cutting edge network tools and technologies.

What We're Looking For:

Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).
5+ years of experience in network administration or a similar role.
CCNA or CCNP certifications (or equivalent).
Preferred Qualifications:
Deep understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, BGP, etc.).
Proficiency in configuring and managing enterprise-grade routers, switches, and firewalls (Cisco, Fortinet, etc.).
Experience with network monitoring and diagnostic tools (SolarWinds, Wireshark, etc.).
Strong knowledge of wireless network design and management.
Familiarity with cloud networking (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
Hands on experience with VPN technologies (Zscaler, Cisco AnyConnect) and remote access solutions.
Exceptional problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple1 priorities.
