Minimum 1+ years speech therapy experience required.

A K-12 school in Jersey City, NJ, is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to provide comprehensive speech therapy services during the upcoming school year. This is an excellent opportunity to support students communication development in a dynamic educational environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct speech and language evaluations to identify student needs
Develop and implement individualized therapy plans focused on speech, language, and communication skills
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to promote student progress
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions and student progress
Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal setting and planning

Qualifications:

Valid Speech-Language Pathology license or certification
Experience working with K-12 students in a school setting preferred
Knowledge of best practices in speech and language assessment and intervention
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students, families, and school staff
Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards
