Minimum 1+ years speech therapy experience required.

A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available at an elementary school setting located in Hilliard, OH. This contract position runs from ASAP through the end of the school year (EOSY), with potential to extend into the 2025/2026 school year. The role includes working with PreK and elementary caseloads, providing essential speech and language services to students.

Responsibilities include:

Delivering speech and language evaluations, individual and group therapy sessions tailored to student needs
Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans in accordance with educational and clinical standards
Collaborating with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to support student progress
Maintaining accurate and timely documentation regarding student performance and therapy outcomes
Complying with state and federal guidelines relevant to speech-language pathology services in educational settings

Qualifications:

Current Ohio license to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship (CF) status recognized by ASHA
Experience working with PreK and elementary school populations preferred
Strong communication skills and ability to engage effectively with students, families, and school staff
Ability to work up to 7.5 hours per day, 37.5 hours per week, during the school calendar year
