We are a tuition-free, WASC-accredited (Western Association of Schools and Colleges) public charter school that provides a rigorous standards-based education to Home School students (TK-8) and Independent Study High School students (9-12), including our University Prep Early College High School program serving 7,500 students across our nine-county service area, making us one of the largest and most stable charter schools in the Sacramento Valley region.
Job Summary The Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) supports the implementation of speech, language, and communication services under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist. The SLPA provides direct and indirect support to students or clients with speech and language needs, assists in therapy activities, documents progress, and helps manage materials and scheduling.
This position will include in person work at least one day per week from our office in Gold River CA 95670 in combination with remote work during the remainder of the week. However, depending upon the needs of the department this schedule is subject to change.
