Minimum 1+ years speech therapy experience required.

A contracted Speech-Language Pathologist with a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) is needed to provide support to students in grades 8 through 12 at a K-12 school in Middletown, DE. This full school year role runs from August 25, 2025, through early June 2026, with the possibility of an extended school year assignment.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver individualized and group speech-language therapy to students
Assess and monitor speech and language development for approximately 30 students
Collaborate with educators and other professionals to develop and implement effective communication strategies
Maintain detailed records and documentation in compliance with school and regulatory requirements
Provide consultation and training to staff and families as needed

Qualifications:

Valid Speech-Language Pathology certification/license with CCC credential
Experience working with K-12 populations preferred, particularly grades 8-12
Ability to adapt therapy techniques to a variety of student needs and learning styles
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Availability to work approximately 25 hours per week during the school year
