Are you a dynamic, people-focused professional with a passion for connecting top-tier medical talent with purpose-driven opportunities? We’re looking for a Provider Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruitment for physicians and advanced practice providers (APPs) across our growing network of programs and facilities.

Job Title: Provider Recruiter

Location: Remote, with in-person requirements.

Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with some flexibility in reaching Providers.

Salary Range: $50,000 to $70,000 – annually +Bonus compensation incentive- depending on life experiences, work experiences, and education.

What You’ll Do:

• Drive recruitment strategies that align with clinical and operational goals.
• Collaborate with leadership, clinical, and business teams to meet medical needs of the Company.
• Create recruitment materials and email campaigns; maintain candidate records.
• Conduct outreach, interviews, site visits, and relationship-building with Provider candidates.
• Manage job postings, CRM/ATS systems, and candidate pipelines.
• Coordinate site visits, interviews, and onboarding support for Providers.
• Submit weekly reports and participate in strategy, operations, and coaching meetings.
• Represent the organization at conferences and recruitment events.
• Stay current through training/webinars and support special events.
• Perform administrative tasks and other duties as assigned, maintaining professionalism throughout.

What You Bring:

• 2+ years of full-cycle physician recruiting experience (emergency medicine preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree (medical or business field preferred) or equivalent experience.
• Strong communication, balancing multiple projects concurrently, and organizational skills.
• Comfort with high-volume outreach and candidate engagement.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, job boards, and social media platforms.
• A positive, persistent, and adaptable mindset.
