Responsibilities to Anticipate for this role Functional responsibility within the US Operations Finance organization supporting Main Battle Tank and Foreign Military Service Programs to include the following:
- Lead financial analysis including variance analysis, cost impact, and identification of risks and opportunities
- Prepare monthly forecasts of orders, sales, earnings, and cash
- Consolidate and report financial information supporting internal and external deliverables
- Develop Estimates at Completion working collaboratively to optimize program profitability
- Actively partner with program teams to provide actionable analysis and recommendations
- Serve as cross functional subject matter expert and mentor to internal Finance team
- May lead large multi-disciplinary projects that significantly impacts the business
- Perform Contracts in Process (CIP) analysis
- Support quarterly and annual audit deliverables to external auditors. Support internal audits as required
- Assist in preparation and review of cost proposals
Qualifications Sought - Bachelor's degree in Business is required. Accounting or Finance majors preferred
- 7+ years experience in professional role.
- Strong analytical and communication skills, capable to clearly explain and influence complex financial ideas and recommendations
- Detail oriented with ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently through organization and planning
- Innovation and results oriented, able to anticipate issues and work independently with ambiguity
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, with strong Excel analysis skills
- Knowledge of Oracle, Hyperion preferred
- Ability to work collaboratively and focused on building partnerships across the enterprise
