Job Title: Procurement Support

Location: On-site in Nashville, TN

The position is hybrid with a blend of remote work and in-office work.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Reviewing and analyzing requisitions from various divisions to ensure compliance with client policies and Client procurement regulations
• Creating and routing purchase orders for review and approvals
• Monitoring and following up on open purchase orders with division staff
• Maintaining and updating vendor records regularly
• Reviewing contracts for allowable costs and appropriate pricing of goods and services

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Experience in procurement-related functions
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, including SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Comfortable working with diverse teams and in a collaborative environment

A strong work ethic and attention to detail
