You’ll lead manufacturing engineering activities, manage projects, and deliver sustaining engineering expertise in a low-volume, high-mix manufacturing and assembly environment. Using your data-driven approach, you’ll play a critical role in process improvements and increased efficiency.

What You’ll Do:

  • Analyze current manufacturing processes, increase efficiency by evaluating the layout of equipment, workflow, and work force deployment.
  • Design and employ new fixtures and tooling.
  • Document work instructions, improve operating procedures, and further employee training.
  • Conduct time studies, evaluate routers, and change equipment when needed.
  • Write change requests.
  • Collaborate with Quality Engineers to resolve customer issues.
  • Automate manufacturing processes.

W hat You’ll Bring:

  • Five or more years of recent or current experience in a similar assembly and manufacturing environment.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Manufacturing Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Expertise in root cause identification and FMEA.
  • Experience with 3D CAD Modeling such as SolidWorks or Inventor.
  • Outstanding visualization and conceptualization abilities, along with excellent communication skills.
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills in order to manage multiple projects effectively.
  • Autodesk Inventor is desirable, as is Six Sigma Green Belt or higher.
  • Ability and desire to work on site and travel up to 10% (international and domestic).

Pay Range

The base pay range for this role is $105,000 - $120,000, depending upon experience, and excluding incentive opportunities such as an annual bonus and a first-class benefits package.
