Job Description
Purpose & Scope:
Responsible for all aspects of staff-level and administrative leadership recruitment and on-boarding in the Physician Group. Responsible for drafting high-level interview itineraries, escorting, and coordinating lunches/dinner and other logistics for provider visits. Serves as the immediate point of contact for temporary staff overseeing entry-level recruitment. This individual recommends recruitment strategies to the Director of Physician Services Recruitment and assists with the development of the recruitment plan while keeping patient care, division goals, and the hospital's mission and vision foremost at all times.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
Experience:
Three years of experience in healthcare is preferred.
