**General Labor - 4 Openings!** **Location: San Diego (Lakeside)** **Pay: $20-$23/hr** **Shift: M-F 4am/5am start time** **Job Description** Join our team as a General Laborer, where you will play a vital role in the production of concrete shapes. Your main duties will include setting up molds, filling them with concrete, finishing the product, and preparing molds for future use. **Responsibilities** + Perform shop helper roles: move material, sweep, assist warehouse and production teams. Over time will learn the following. + Set up molds for concrete shapes. + Fill molds with concrete. + Finish and unmold concrete shapes. + Prepare and clean molds using a sponge and sandpaper for the next use. **Skills** + Proficiency in using hand tools. + Experience in general labor, construction, production, and concrete handling. + Possess a hard-working attitude and a strong personality. + Ability to stand, crouch, and bend **Why Work Here?** Become part of a team that values dedication and hard work. The open-air facility can be loud, and temperatures vary with weather conditions. Join a team of about 60 individuals dedicated to excellence. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
