National Contracting Center ( and Senior Financial Group ( are searching for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our Sales Support Team. Reporting to the NCC Sales Support Manager, this role will create, execute, and analyze marketing strategies that support agent success, drive engagement, and strengthen our brand across NCC and SFG.

This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and enjoys a wide variety of marketing responsibilitiesfrom email campaigns to graphic design to automation troubleshooting.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • experience in social media content creation and management across platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
  • strong writing and editing skills for email campaigns, social captions, and marketing materials
  • graphic design capabilities using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
  • understanding of lead generation strategies and campaign execution
  • experience with marketing automation systems, workflows, and troubleshooting
  • ability to plan, launch, and track marketing campaigns with a focus on ROI
  • familiarity with SEO/SEM, digital ads, and web analytics (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)
  • comfort working in a CRM (Salesforce preferred) and managing data for audience targeting
  • ability to evaluate marketing and sponsorship opportunities for strategic fit

  • strong attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple marketing projects at once
  • a basic understanding of Medicare and insurance marketing is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement creative, multi-channel marketing strategies to support sales initiatives
  • Design and execute email marketing campaigns and nurture sequences
  • Manage and create content for social media platforms for NCC and SFG
  • Create flyers, postcards, digital graphics, and sales tools that reflect brand standards
  • Analyze campaign performance and report on marketing ROI
  • Collaborate with sales, agents, and leadership to support recruiting and engagement
  • Manage marketing automation workflows and troubleshoot delivery or formatting issues
  • Maintain brand consistency across all platforms and touchpoints
  • Coordinate with vendors for printing, ad placement, and event marketing support
  • Assist with planning and promoting agent-facing and consumer-facing events
  • Participate in reputation management and online presence strategy
  • Evaluate and manage lead generation sources and implement digital lead-gen campaigns

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or digital media
  • Proficiency in MS Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook)
  • Familiarity with tools such as Canva, Adobe Suite, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar platforms
  • Strong content writing and design skills
  • Experience with digital marketing strategy, social media scheduling, and automation tools
  • Working knowledge of CRMs and data-driven marketing
  • Understanding of print and web design principles
  • Reliable transportation and valid drivers license for occasional local travel
  • Experience in insurance or healthcare marketing preferred
