Division of Intercollegiate Athletics
Job Summary
Provide daily administrative support to the recruiting and personnel departments, assisting with scheduling, documentation, and general office tasks. Duties & Responsibilities
Assist with On-Campus Recruiting Tours and Hosting Prospective Student-Athletes (PSAs)
- Support and lead campus tours for recruits and their families, ensuring a positive and informative experience.
- Act as a liaison for PSAs during visits, providing guidance, answering questions, and representing the program professionally.
Assist with Set-Up for Official and Unofficial Visits • Coordinate logistics and preparation for both official and unofficial recruiting visits, including scheduling, materials preparation, facility readiness, and compliance with institutional and NCAA guidelines.
Assist with Organization and Evaluation of PSAs
- Help manage recruiting databases and records.
- Participate in the review and assessment of prospective student-athletes, organizing information for coaching staff and assisting with follow-up communications.
Assist with Organizational Aspects of High School Camps
• Contribute to planning and execution of high school athletic camps, including registration, scheduling, materials, and coordination with camp staff and participants.
Minimum Qualifications
4 Year Degree
Preferred Qualifications
At least 1 year in college football
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
General recruiting knowledge and a strong grasp for NCAA compliance rules.
Appointment Information
This is a 100% full-time Academic Professional position, appointed on a 12-month basis. The expected start date is as soon as possible after 6/6/2025. Salary is commensurate with experience.
