Marketing & Sales Support Specialist – Dallas, TX

We're looking for a proactive, organized, and tech-savvy professional to join our team as a Marketing & Sales Support Specialist. This hybrid role combines digital marketing, CRM management, sales support, and customer engagement. You’ll create content, manage social media, visit job sites to capture real-time marketing material, and support sales with lead generation and data organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and manage content for LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.
• Maintain and optimize CRM data (Notion) for tracking leads and customer activity.
• Capture job site photos and videos for marketing purposes.
• Support sales with content creation, outreach strategies, and lead follow-up.
• Engage with customers both online and on job sites.

Qualifications:

• 2–3 years of marketing or sales support experience.
• CRM knowledge and content creation skills.
• Bilingual (English & Spanish) required.
• Comfortable in office and field environments; valid driver’s license.
• Construction industry experience and basic graphic design skills a plus.
