About the Role:

As a Bartender at our Singer Island location, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for our guests. Your primary responsibility will be to prepare and serve a variety of beverages, ensuring that each drink meets our high standards of quality and presentation. You will also engage with customers, providing exceptional service and building rapport to enhance their overall experience. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization at the bar, managing inventory, and adhering to safety and health regulations. Ultimately, your expertise and passion for mixology will contribute significantly to the success of our establishment and the satisfaction of our patrons.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a bartender in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of mixology, drink recipes, and bar equipment.
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in bartending or mixology.
• Experience in a high-volume bar or restaurant setting.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and cash handling.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Engage with customers to take orders, provide recommendations, and ensure a positive dining experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies to ensure the bar is well-stocked.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including responsible alcohol service and sanitation practices.

Skills:

The required skills of mixology and customer service will be utilized daily as you craft drinks and interact with guests. Your knowledge of drink recipes will enable you to create both classic and innovative cocktails that cater to diverse tastes. Strong communication skills will help you engage with customers, ensuring they feel valued and attended to throughout their visit.
