Schedule : Monday to Friday, 8 AM- 5 PM

Location : Onsite - 6022 14th St W Bradenton, Fl 34207

Primary Responsibilities: 

• Answer incoming phone calls from health care providers (i.e. physician offices, clinics) and identify the type of assistance the provider needs
• Schedule appointments as necessary
• Verify correct visit type and primary care provider
• Check eligibility
• Make confirmation phone calls
• Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications: 

• High School Diploma/GED (or higher)
• 1+ years of experience in a health care setting
• 1+ years of experience with insurance programs and basic managed care principals such as referrals and prior authorization
• 1+ years of experience working with an electronic health record

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $16.00 to $27.69 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
