Job Title: Associate Attorney – Commercial Litigation

Brewer Morris is working with a nationally recognized commercial litigation firm with over 65 attorneys to recruit an associate attorney for its Boca Raton office.

Job Description:

The firm is seeking driven and detail-oriented attorneys to join its dynamic litigation team. This is an excellent opportunity to work on complex commercial litigation matters in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct factual and legal research and analysis
• Draft legal documents and correspondence
• Collaborate with team leads on litigation strategy and case development
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently
• Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Admission to the Florida Bar
• 3–8 years of legal experience, preferably in litigation
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
• Excellent attention to detail and communication abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Billable hours 1900 annually

Preferred Qualifications:

• Mock trial or moot court experience
• Highly responsive and proactive work style

Compensation:

$205,000 the first year, $215,000 the second year, $230,000 the third year. After that, based on performance, experience, schooling, etc.
