ThomasArts is a national advertising and marketing agency serving clients in life, health, and wealth industries, acting as the marketing division for Integrity. The Art Director will join the in-house Integrity marketing team, working under a Creative Director alongside designers, copywriters, and videographers to create branded deliverables supporting Integrity’s marketing initiatives across multiple channels including print, web, apps, social media, etc. Responsibilities include conceptualizing and producing print and digital materials such as marketing collateral, websites, logos, brand books, social posts and ads, emails, presentations, sales booths, and video production storyboards. The role requires ensuring deliverables meet strategy and quality standards, adhering to information security and legal compliance, collaborating professionally with clients and partners, and executing other duties like art direction for photo and video shoots. Candidates should have 3+ years of experience in design, art direction, or UX, with strong graphic design and digital skills, a strong portfolio, understanding of branding and marketing processes, ability to produce press-ready files, manage multiple projects, and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other design tools. A bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field is preferred. Photography, videography, motion design, HTML/CSS, or UI/UX experience are pluses.
